Karen Baker, M.D.

Karen Baker, M.D. is a board-certified neurologist with a focus on sleep medicine, caring for both adults and children in Central Florida. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with special qualification in children and sub-specialty in Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Baker earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2003. She completed 2 years of pediatric residency at Orlando Regional Health Care and Arnold Palmer Hospital, followed by a child neurology fellowship at the University of Rochester. In 2009, she completed a sleep medicine fellowship at Vanderbilt University, in Tennessee where she was trained in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders across all ages.

Dr. Baker is dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life through better sleep and neurological health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending Orangewood Church, and being outdoors.

Erin Cottengim, PA-C

Erin joined Orlando Sleep Medicine in 2019 and has been practicing Family Medicine and Internal Medicine since 2009. Erin is happily married, a proud mom of 3 Shih Tzu furry friends, and enjoys doing resin art.

Mallory Quintero, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C

Mallory joined Orlando Sleep Medicine in 2024 and has been practicing in critical care and nephrology since 2017. Outside of work, Mallory enjoys spending time with husband and two kids, traveling, and reading.

Patricia Cantillo-Kodzis, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Patti originally joined Orlando Sleep Medicine, Bird and Thornton PA, in 2012-2015. She practiced Internal and Geriatric Medicine, working outpatient clinics, home visits, clinical trials, sub-specializing in Alzheimer’s Disease and related Dementias from 2015-2024. She rejoined Orlando Sleep Medicine, Bird & Thornton, PA in 2024. Patti has been with the love of her life, Bob, since they were in high school and she is the proud mom of two successful adult children. Patti loves spending time with her family, traveling, reading and being outdoors.
